This sock mysteriously transformed into the brave caped crusader known as Super Pig.
Ever heard the saying, when pigs fly? Well this one can because he's got super POWERS!
After having defeated the enemy, Super Pig Suey stands victorious without a single scratch to his tough sock exterior. He does have a little road grit in his ears though from the flight...I bought these socks for my daughter and decided after looking at them that they really needed to stay in my crafting supplies. The stripes reminded me of a piggy bank I had as a kid so I knew they would eventually turn into a petite porcine. They kept staring at me yesterday and finally I couldn't resist the call to turn them into this cute little Super Hero. My girls adore it too as I caught them making him fly around the room several times this morning. I'm thinking about making this my next tutorial but I'll have to wait and see how many people like him first.
Off to do more "creating!"

I had never seen your blog until I got a picture of this pig from Craft news bits. This is so stinking cute I can't stand it. You MUST show us how you made him. I love it.
